King Prawn Skewers with Tangy Seafood Rub

This simple recipe makes for the ultimate quick and flavorful seafood dish. Our Tangy Seafood Rub, paired with a squeeze of fresh lime, elevates every bite for a burst of flavor that’s both simple and satisfying. 

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Tangy Seafood Rub from  The One & Only Spice Stack
  • 4-5 king prawns per skewer, depending on skewer size
  • coleslaw as a side
  • lemon drizzle to garnish

Method

  1. Massage Tangy Seafood Rub on the prawns.
  2. Skewer prawns onto bamboo or metal skewers.
  3. Cook on a hot BBQ approximately 3 minutes on each side, the prawns should be just cooked and firm.
  4. Serve with a side of coleslaw, and a drizzle of citrus to taste!
