Sweet Cinnamon Semolina + Cinnamon Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Sweet Cinnamon Sprinkle from The One & Only Spice Stack
- 600 ml milk (full fat or semi-skimmed)
- 10-12 teaspoon semolina
- 1 tablespoon butter
- honey to sweeten (optional)
Method
- Pour the milk into a pan and bring it to boil over a medium heat
- Add the semolina whisking continuously for about 2 minutes until the pudding thickens slightly and bubbles. Sweeten as you wish.
- Remove from the heat and transfer to a bowl sprinkle generously with Sweet Cinnamon Sprinkle, serve with berries, honey - any toppings you desire!
Sweet Cinnamon Cookies
Method
- You can use store-bought cookie dough or any recipe you prefer!
- Refrigerate the dough, then roll it into a log once it's hardened enough.
- Roll the dough log in the Sweet Cinnamon Sprinkle and cut into discs.
- Bake according to the instructions. Serve!
