Curried Devilled Eggs

Cook time: 15 mins 

Curried eggs, devilled eggs or egg boats, whatever you call them, they are a crowd favourite and can be made in just 15 minutes!

Ingredients: 

• 12 eggs, boiled, peeled, cooled and cut into halves
• 2.5tsp Lord & Lion unroasted curry powder
• 1/2 tsp Lord & Lion chilli powder
• 1.5 heaped tbsp mayonnaise
• salt to taste
• chives for garnish, or any other garnish.

Method:
  1. Scoop out the egg yolks.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together - except the garnish.
  3. Pipe or spoon back onto the egg halves.
  4. Finish off with a light sprinkle of curry powder and garnish with chives.
Any leftovers are great in a sandwich or toastie!
