Air-Fried Butter Chicken Masala Wings
by Peter Kuruvita
These air-fried Butter Chicken Masala wings bring all the indulgent flavors of classic butter chicken into a crispy, bite-sized form.
Ingredients
- 1kg chicken wings split into flats and drumettes
- 2 tablespoons Butter Chicken Masala from The One & Only Spice Stack
- Olive oil in a spray bottle
- Your favourite hot sauce
- Steamed rice
Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 190 degrees celcius. When heated, spray the basket with cooking spray.
- Pat the chicken wings dry. Then transfer them to a large bowl. Toss the wings in the Butter Chicken Masala rub.
- Place the chicken wings in the air fryer so they are not touching. Cook for 10 minutes, then increase the temperature to 400°F, and cook until crisp and golden, about 6-8 more minutes.
- Garnish the chicken wings with parsley, and serve with rice on the side, if desired.
