King Prawn Skewers with Tangy Seafood Rub

This simple recipe makes for the ultimate quick and flavorful seafood dish. Our Tangy Seafood Rub, paired with a squeeze of fresh lime, elevates every bite with a burst of flavor that’s both simple and satisfying.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Tangy Seafood Rub from The One & Only Spice Stack
- 4-6 king prawns per skewer, depending on skewer size
- coleslaw as a side (optional)
- lime or lemon to garnish
Method
- Massage Tangy Seafood Rub onto the prawns.
- Skewer prawns onto bamboo or metal skewers.
- Cook on a hot BBQ approximately 3 minutes on each side, the prawns should be just cooked and firm.
- Serve with a side of coleslaw or your BBQ favourites, and a drizzle of citrus to taste!
