Singapore Chilli Clam Noodles

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 kg of clams
- 1 cup of chopped shallots (approximately 4 shallots)
- 1 jar Lord & Lion Singapore Chilli Garlic Sauce
- 1/4 cup unsweetened yoghurt
- 300 g of cooked sweet potato noodles (or another of your favourite noodles)
- Juice of half a lime
Method
- Heat a large skillet over moderate heat, add in olive oil along with the clams and shallots.
- Cook for three to four minutes or until clams start to pop open, add in the Singapore Chilli Garlic Sauce, mixing until evenly distributed.
- Add in the cooked/ hydrated noodles and fresh lime juice.
- Toss liberally, serve immediately.
