When you shop with us, you can be confident that we will provide you with an exchange, refund or repair within the guidelines outlined below.

Change of Mind – 30 Days

We offer an exchange or refund for Change of Mind within 30 days of purchase, with the exception of consumable and perishable products. These Change of Mind limits do not apply to any returns made in accordance with Consumer Guarantees (see below), or otherwise as required by law.

The refund or Exchange for Change of Mind will be subject to the items being returned in saleable condition, that is:

• the item is returned in its original packaging and as sold; and
• the item is returned unused, unworn, not consumed.

As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items or services purchased from Lord & Lion. If you believe an item or service is faulty, not of acceptable quality, does not match the description provided or is not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian or New Zealand Consumer Law. However, these consumer guarantees do not apply where the item was damaged due to abnormal use or misuse.
