Coriander Powder
Sometimes referred to as Chinese parsley, coriander is the fragrant, perfumed leaf of the coriander seed. Both the leaves and seeds are used extensively in food of the subcontinent. The ground powder of the coriander seed is a common addition to most masala spice blends.
